FLOWGRIND LAB is organizing, for the 4th year in a row, one of the biggest skateboarding contests in this part of Europe – FLOWGRIND INTERNATIONAL SKATEBOARDING CONTEST. The idea of Flowgrind started in 2013, when the new skatepark was built. Nova Gorica is located near Italy, Austria and Croatia are close by. Adriatic Ocean is 30 minutes away. Closest airport is Trieste, Italy, which is a 30-minute drive, Venice international airport is 1 hour away. Concept of this event is to promote the culture of skateboarding, art, music, cinematography and friendship through skateboarding.
In 2017, we are expanding the program with Bowl Best Trick (skatepark), and Best Trick in the streets (Nova Gorica city center). We are also growing music programs with international artist “
Apollo Brown & Skyzoo @Magma X,Nova Gorica„. For scoring and rider database we are using The Boardr Live system.
